Training Route

Training

Join us for a pack run from our club house at the Big Bay Lifesaving Club every Tuesday afternoon. In summer we meet at 18:00 and in winter at 17:30.

The various packs cover 6, 8 and 10 km runs. Runners can join the pack that will fit in with their training or fitness requirements on the day.

The routes will be variated depending on the strength of the Southeaster.

Time Trials

On the first Tuesday of every month the club holds time trials accross a running distance of 5 km. All particpants will be timed and ranked in the club.
